* All profits from the sale of tickets for the full event will go directly toward Jacky Essombe’s Maka Village Project, which is based on the premise that it is possible to maintain cultural integrity, protect the ecology of our natural environment and achieve economic prosperity all at the same time . Day time program

11 am – African drum workshop (60 min) – Awal Alhassan (Ghana)

12:15 pm – African dance workshop (60 min) – Awal Alhassan

2 pm to 4:00 pm – Storytelling time with Jean-Pierre Makosso andSohoyini Ensemble

Evening program

6 pm – Doors open

6:30 pm – Dinner (till 7:30 pm – suitable for all)

7:30 pm – Afro’Robics dance students perform with ASW Drum Collective

8 pm – Sohoyini Drum & Dance Ensemble

10:30 pm – Goodbyes, singing and community drumming

11:00 pm – END
